INGREDIENTS :
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Chana Dal
- ¼ tsp Hing
- 10-12 Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Ginger (finely cleaved)
- 1 tsp Green Chillies (finely cleaved)
- 1 Dry Red Chili (broken)
- 4-5 Cashew Nuts (squashed)
- 1 cup Rava
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Carrot (destroyed)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp Eno Fruit Salt
PROCESS :
- Warmth vegetable oil in a skillet.
- When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and chana dal and fry for a couple of moments.
- Add hing, curry leaves, ginger, green bean stew, dry red stew, and cashew nuts and fry until cashew nuts turn somewhat earthy colored.
- Add Rava and meal it on low fire until marginally cooked.
- Eliminate the rava to a plate and let it cool totally.
- Add curd and carrot to the cooled Rava and blend well.
- Add some water to make idli like a batter.
- Cover the hitter and save aside for 15 minutes.
- Check the consistency of the player indeed.
- Add more water whenever required.
- Oil an idli dish and add water to it.
- Allow the water to reach boiling point.
